YappieDogs realise that not every order can be perfect, our return policy is very fair. Any order can be returned within 28 days of ordering.

 

The order will need to be returned in perfect, unused, new condition. You must contact us via the contact us page. Any items sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. 

 

Please Note: If you do wish to return your order we cannot refund the original postage amount and you will also be responsible for the cost of returning the order. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Please check which courier or postage company you are using and make sure they are reliable.
